Yes because parents don't like that....but back in the day..they got tattoos but it's different now...before it was like cultural not fashion... good luck...

well think about it....once u get it...they can't make u take it off....IT"S ON U FOREVER!!! it hurts and it is more expensive to have it taken off then actually getting it...
